Awa lam yaraw anna Allaha allatheekhalaqa alssamawati waal-ardawalam yaAAya bikhalqihinna biqadirin AAala an yuhyiyaalmawta bala innahu AAala kulli shay-inqadeerunاولم يروا ان الله الذي خلق السماوات والارض ولم يعي بخلقهن بقادر علي ان يحيي الموتي بلي انه علي كل شئ قدير
[YA]: See they not that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth, and never wearied with their creation, is able to give life to the dead? Yea, verily He has power over all things.

[RK]:Do they not realize that GOD, who created the heavens and the earth without the least effort, is able to revive the dead? Yes indeed; He is Omnipotent.

AfaAAayeena bialkhalqial-awwali bal hum fee labsin min khalqin jadeedinافعيينا بالخلق الاول بل هم في لبس من خلق جديد
[YA]: Were We then weary with the first Creation, that they should be in confused doubt about a new Creation?

[RK]:Were we too burdened by the first creation? Is this why they doubt resurrection?

Wafajjarna al-arda AAuyoonanfailtaqa almao AAala amrin qad qudiraوفجرنا الارض عيونا فالتقي الماء علي امر قد قدر
[YA]: And We caused the earth to gush forth with springs, so the waters met (and rose) to the extent decreed.

[RK]:And we caused springs to gush out of the earth. The waters met to effect a predetermined decision.
