Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoola tuhilloo shaAAa-ira Allahi walaalshshahra alharama wala alhadya walaalqala-ida wala ammeena albayta alharamayabtaghoona fadlan min rabbihim waridwananwa-itha halaltum faistadoo walayajrimannakum shanaanu qawmin an saddookum AAanialmasjidi alharami an taAAtadoo wataAAawanooAAala albirri waalttaqwa wala taAAawanooAAala al-ithmi waalAAudwani waittaqooAllaha inna Allaha shadeedu alAAiqabiياايها الذين امنوا لاتحلوا شعائر الله ولاالشهر الحرام ولاالهدي ولا القلائد ولاامين البيت الحرام يبتغون فضلا من ربهم ورضوانا واذا حللتم فاصطادوا ولايجرمنكم شنان قوم ان صدوكم عن المسجد الحرام ان تعتدوا وتعاونوا علي البر والتقوي ولاتعاونوا علي الاثم والعدوان واتقوا الله ان الله شديد العقاب
[YA]: O ye who believe! Violate not the sanctity of the symbols of Allah, nor of the sacred month, nor of the animals brought for sacrifice, nor the garlands that mark out such animals, nor the people resorting to the sacred house, seeking of the bounty and good pleasure of their Lord. But when ye are clear of the sacred precincts and of pilgrim garb, ye may hunt and let not the hatred of some people in (once) shutting you out of the Sacred Mosque lead you to transgression (and hostility on your part). Help ye one another in righteousness and piety, but help ye not one another in sin and rancour: fear Allah: for Allah is strict in punishment.

[RK]:O you who believe, do not violate the rites instituted by GOD, nor the Sacred Months, nor the animals to be offered, nor the garlands marking them, nor the people who head for the Sacred Shrine (Ka`bah) seeking blessings from their Lord and approval. Once you complete the pilgrimage, you may hunt. Do not be provoked into aggression by your hatred of people who once prevented you from going to the Sacred Masjid. You shall cooperate in matters of righteousness and piety; do not cooperate in matters that are sinful and evil. You shall observe GOD. GOD is strict in enforcing retribution.

JaAAala Allahu alkaAAbata albayta alharamaqiyaman lilnnasi waalshshahra alharamawaalhadya waalqala-ida thalikalitaAAlamoo anna Allaha yaAAlamu ma fee alssamawatiwama fee al-ardi waanna Allaha bikullishay-in AAaleemunجعل الله الكعبة البيت الحرام قياماللناس والشهر الحرام والهدي والقلائد ذلك لتعلموا ان الله يعلم مافي السماوات ومافي الارض وان الله بكل شئ عليم
[YA]: Allah made the Ka'ba, the Sacred House, an asylum of security for men, as also the Sacred Months, the animals for offerings, and the garlands that mark them: That ye may know that Allah hath knowledge of what is in the heavens and on earth and that Allah is well acquainted with all things.

[RK]:GOD has appointed the Ka`bah, the Sacred Masjid, to be a sanctuary for the people, and also the Sacred Months, the offerings (to the Sacred Masjid), and the garlands marking them. You should know that GOD knows everything in the heavens and the earth, and that GOD is Omniscient.

Lahu maqaleedu alssamawatiwaal-ardi waallatheena kafaroo bi-ayatiAllahi ola-ika humu alkhasiroonaله مقاليد السماوات والارض والذين كفروا بايات الله اولئك هم الخاسرون
[YA]: To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth: and those who reject the Signs of Allah,- it is they who will be in loss.

[RK]:To Him belongs all decisions in the heavens and the earth, and those who disbelieve in GOD's revelations are the real losers.

Lahu maqaleedu alssamawatiwaal-ardi yabsutu alrrizqa liman yashaowayaqdiru innahu bikulli shay-in AAaleemunله مقاليد السماوات والارض يبسط الرزق لمن يشاء ويقدر انه بكل شي عليم
[YA]: To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth: He enlarges and restricts. The Sustenance to whom He will: for He knows full well all things.

[RK]:To Him belongs absolute control of the heavens and the earth. He is the One who increases the provision for whomever He wills, or reduces it. He is fully aware of all things.
