Huwa allathee baAAatha feeal-ommiyyeena rasoolan minhum yatloo AAalayhim ayatihiwayuzakkeehim wayuAAallimuhumu alkitaba waalhikmatawa-in kanoo min qablu lafee dalalin mubeeninهو الذي بعث في الاميين رسولا منهم يتلو عليهم اياته ويزكيهم ويعلمهم الكتاب والحكمة وان كانوا من قبل لفي ضلال مبين
[YA]: It is He Who has sent amongst the Unlettered a messenger from among themselves, to rehearse to them His Signs, to sanctify them, and to instruct them in Scripture and Wisdom,- although they had been, before, in manifest error;-

[RK]:He is the One who sent to the gentiles a messenger from among them, to recite to them His revelations, purify them, and teach them the scripture and wisdom. Before this, they had gone far astray.

Waakhareena minhum lamma yalhaqoobihim wahuwa alAAazeezu alhakeemuواخرين منهم لما يلحقوا بهم وهو العزيز الحكيم
[YA]: As well as (to confer all these benefits upon) others of them, who have not already joined them: And He is exalted in Might, Wise.

[RK]:And to many generations subsequent to them. He is the Almighty, Most Wise.

[YA]: Knower of what is open, Exalted in Might, Full of Wisdom.

[RK]:The Knower of all secrets and declarations; the Almighty, Most Wise.

Qad farada Allahu lakum tahillataaymanikum waAllahu mawlakum wahuwaalAAaleemu alhakeemuقد فرض الله لكم تحلة ايمانكم والله مولاكم وهو العليم الحكيم
[YA]: Allah has already ordained for you, (O men), the dissolution of your oaths (in some cases): and Allah is your Protector, and He is Full of Knowledge and Wisdom.

[RK]:GOD has decreed for you the laws dealing with your oaths. GOD is your Lord, and He is the Omniscient, Most Wise.

[YA]: What is the matter with you? How judge ye?

[RK]:What is wrong with your logic?

Am lakum aymanun AAalayna balighatunila yawmi alqiyamati inna lakum lama tahkumoonaام لكم ايمان علينا بالغة الي يوم القيامة ان لكم لما تحكمون
[YA]: Or have ye Covenants with Us to oath, reaching to the Day of Judgment, (providing) that ye shall have whatever ye shall demand?

[RK]:Or, have you received solemn assurances from us that grant you whatever you wish on the Day of Resurrection?

Faisbir lihukmi rabbikawala takun kasahibi alhooti ith nadawahuwa makthoomunفاصبر لحكم ربك ولاتكن كصاحب الحوت اذ نادي وهو مكظوم
[YA]: So wait with patience for the Command of thy Lord, and be not like the Companion of the Fish,- when he cried out in agony.

[RK]:You shall steadfastly persevere in carrying out the commands of your Lord. Do not be like (Jonah) who called from inside the fish.

Faisbir lihukmi rabbikawala tutiAA minhum athiman aw kafooranفاصبر لحكم ربك ولاتطع منهم اثما او كفورا
[YA]: Therefore be patient with constancy to the Command of thy Lord, and hearken not to the sinner or the ingrate among them.

[RK]:You shall steadfastly carry out your Lord's commandments, and do not obey any sinful disbeliever among them.

[YA]: But ye will not, except as Allah wills; for Allah is full of Knowledge and Wisdom.

[RK]:Whatever you will is in accordance with GOD's will. GOD is Omniscient, Wise.
