Wala yahsabanna allatheenayabkhaloona bima atahummu Allahu minfadlihi huwa khayran lahum bal huwa sharrun lahum sayutawwaqoonama bakhiloo bihi yawma alqiyamati walillahimeerathu alssamawati waal-ardiwaAllahu bima taAAmaloona khabeerunولايحسبن الذين يبخلون بما اتاهم الله من فضله هو خيرا لهم بل هو شر لهم سيطوقون مابخلوا به يوم القيامة ولله ميراث السماوات والارض والله بماتعملون خبير
[YA]: And let not those who covetously withhold of the gifts which Allah Hath given them of His Grace, think that it is good for them: Nay, it will be the worse for them: soon shall the things which they covetously withheld be tied to their necks Like a twisted collar, on the Day of Judgment. To Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do.

[RK]:Let not those who withhold and hoard GOD's provisions think that this is good for them; it is bad for them. For they will carry their hoarding around their necks on the Day of Resurrection. GOD is the ultimate inheritor of the heavens and the earth. GOD is fully Cognizant of everything you do.

Allatheena yabkhaloona waya/muroona alnnasabialbukhli wayaktumoona ma atahumuAllahu min fadlihi waaAAtadna lilkafireenaAAathaban muheenanالذين يبخلون ويامرون الناس بالبخل ويكتمون مااتاهم الله من فضله واعتدنا للكافرين عذابا مهينا
[YA]: (Nor) those who are niggardly or enjoin niggardliness on others, or hide the bounties which Allah hath bestowed on them; for We have prepared, for those who resist Faith, a punishment that steeps them in contempt;-

[RK]:The ones who are stingy, exhort the people to be stingy, and conceal what GOD has bestowed upon them from His bounties. We have prepared for the disbelievers a shameful retribution.

[YA]: (Nor) those who are niggardly or enjoin niggardliness on others, or hide the bounties which Allah hath bestowed on them; for We have prepared, for those who resist Faith, a punishment that steeps them in contempt;-

Ha antum haola-itudAAawna litunfiqoo fee sabeeli Allahi faminkum manyabkhalu waman yabkhal fa-innama yabkhalu AAan nafsihi waAllahualghaniyyu waantumu alfuqarao wa-in tatawallaw yastabdilqawman ghayrakum thumma la yakoonoo amthalakumهاانتم هؤلاء تدعون لتنفقوا في سبيل الله فمنكم من يبخل ومن يبخل فانما يبخل عن نفسه والله الغني وانتم الغقراء وان تتولوا يستبدل قوما غيركم ثم لايكونوا امثالكم
[YA]: Behold, ye are those invited to spend (of your substance) in the Way of Allah: But among you are some that are niggardly. But any who are niggardly are so at the expense of their own souls. But Allah is free of all wants, and it is ye that are needy. If ye turn back (from the Path), He will substitute in your stead another people; then they would not be like you!

[RK]:You are invited to spend in the cause of GOD, but some of you turn stingy. The stingy are stingy towards their own souls. GOD is Rich, while you are poor. If you turn away, He will substitute other people in your place, and they will not be like you.

[YA]: But he who is a greedy miser and thinks himself self-sufficient,

[RK]:But he who is stingy, though he is rich.
