152 | [38:25] Line:3995 |
| ||
[YA]: So We forgave him this (lapse): he enjoyed, indeed, a Near Approach to Us, and a beautiful place of (Final) Return. [RK]:We forgave him in this matter. We have granted him a position of honor with us, and a beautiful abode.
153 | [38:40] Line:4010 |

[YA]: And he enjoyed, indeed, a Near Approach to Us, and a beautiful Place of (Final) Return. [RK]:He has deserved an honorable position with us, and a wonderful abode.

156 | [39:31] Line:4089 |

[YA]: In the end will ye (all), on the Day of Judgment, settle your disputes in the presence of your Lord. [RK]:On the Day of Resurrection, before your Lord, you people will feud with one another.
157 | [39:34] Line:4092 |
| ||
[YA]: They shall have all that they wish for, in the presence of their Lord: such is the reward of those who do good: [RK]:They will get everything they wish, at their Lord. Such is the reward for the righteous.
158 | [40:25] Line:4158 |
| ||
[YA]: Now, when he came to them in Truth, from Us, they said, "Slay the sons of those who believe with him, and keep alive their females," but the plots of Unbelievers (end) in nothing but errors (and delusions)!... [RK]:And when he showed them the truth from us, they said, "Kill the sons of those who believed with him, and spare their daughters." Thus, the scheming of the disbelievers is always wicked.
159 | [40:35] Line:4168 |
| ||
[YA]: "(Such) as dispute about the Signs of Allah, without any authority that hath reached them, grievous and odious (is such conduct) in the sight of Allah and of the Believers. Thus doth Allah, seal up every heart - of arrogant and obstinate Transgressors." [RK]:They argue against GOD's revelations, without any basis. This is a trait that is most abhorred by GOD and by those who believe. GOD thus seals the hearts of every arrogant tyrant.

161 | [40:83] Line:4216 |

[YA]: For when their messengers came to them with Clear Signs, they exulted in such knowledge (and skill) as they had; but that very (Wrath) at which they were wont to scoff hemmed them in. [RK]:When their messengers went to them with clear proofs, they rejoiced in the knowledge they had inherited, and the very things they ridiculed were the cause of their fall.
162 | [41:38] Line:4256 |
| ||
[YA]: But is the (Unbelievers) are arrogant, (no matter): for in the presence of thy Lord are those who celebrate His praises by night and by day. And they never flag (nor feel themselves above it). [RK]:If they are too arrogant to do this, then those at your Lord glorify Him night and day, without ever tiring.
163 | [41:50] Line:4268 |
| ||
[YA]: When we give him a taste of some Mercy from Ourselves, after some adversity has touched him, he is sure to say, "This is due to my (merit): I think not that the Hour (of Judgment) will (ever) be established; but if I am brought back to my Lord, I have (much) good (stored) in His sight!" But We will show the Unbelievers the truth of all that they did, and We shall give them the taste of a severe Penalty. [RK]:And when we bless him after suffering some adversity, he says, "This belongs to me. I do not believe that the Hour will ever come to pass. Even if I am returned to my Lord, I will find at Him better things." Most certainly, we will inform the disbelievers of all their works, and will commit them to severe retribution.
164 | [41:52] Line:4270 |
| ||
[YA]: Say: "See ye if the (Revelation) is (really) from Allah, and yet do ye reject it? Who is more astray than one who is in a schism far (from any purpose)?"
[YA]: Thou wilt see the Wrong-doers in fear on account of what they have earned, and (the burden of) that must (necessarily) fall on them. But those who believe and work righteous deeds will be in the luxuriant meads of the Gardens: they shall have, before their Lord, all that they wish for. That will indeed be the magnificent Bounty (of Allah). [RK]:You will see the transgressors worried about everything they had committed; everything will come back and haunt them. As for those who believed and led a righteous life, they will be in the gardens of Paradise. They will receive whatever they wish from their Lord. This is the great blessing.
167 | [42:36] Line:4308 |
| ||
[YA]: Whatever ye are given (here) is (but) a convenience of this life: but that which is with Allah is better and more lasting: (it is) for those who believe and put their trust in their Lord: [RK]:Whatever you are given is no more than temporary material of this life. What GOD possesses is far better and everlasting, for those who believe and trust in their Lord.
168 | [43:35] Line:4360 |
| ||
[YA]: And also adornments of gold. But all this were nothing but conveniences of the present life: The Hereafter, in the sight of thy Lord is for the Righteous. [RK]:Also many ornaments. [RK]:Say, "What if it is from GOD and you disbelieved in it? A witness from the Children of Israel has borne witness to a similar phenomenon, and he has believed, while you have turned arrogant. [YA]: And among them are men who listen to thee, but in the end, when they go out from thee, they say to those who have received Knowledge, "What is it he said just then?" Such are men whose hearts Allah has sealed, and who follow their own lusts. [RK]:Some of them listen to you, then as soon as they leave they ask those who were enlightened, "What did he just say?" GOD thus seals their hearts and, consequently, they follow only their opinions.
175 | [48:5] Line:4588 |
| ||
[YA]: That He may admit the men and women who believe, to Gardens beneath which rivers flow, to dwell therein for aye, and remove their ills from them;- and that is, in the sight of Allah, the highest achievement (for man),- [RK]:He will certainly admit the believing men and women into gardens with flowing streams, wherein they abide forever. He will remit their sins. This is, in the sight of GOD, a great triumph.
176 | [49:3] Line:4615 |
| ||
[YA]: Those that lower their voices in the presence of Allah's Messenger,- their hearts has Allah tested for piety: for them is Forgiveness and a great Reward.
