[YA]: The Unbelievers say (in ridicule): "Shall we point out to you a man that will tell you, when ye are all scattered to pieces in disintegration, that ye shall (then be raised) in a New Creation? [RK]:Those who disbelieve have said, "Let us show you a man who tells you that after you are torn apart you will be created anew.
1052 | [34:8] Line:3614 |

[YA]: "Has he invented a falsehood against Allah, or has a spirit (seized) him?"- Nay, it is those who believe not in the Hereafter, that are in (real) Penalty, and in farthest error. [RK]:"Either he fabricated lies about GOD, or he is crazy." Indeed, those who disbelieve in the Hereafter have incurred the worst retribution; they have gone far astray.
1053 | [34:9] Line:3615 |

[YA]: See they not what is before them and behind them, of the sky and the earth? If We wished, We could cause the earth to swallow them up, or cause a piece of the sky to fall upon them. Verily in this is a Sign for every devotee that turns to Allah (in repentance). [RK]:Have they not seen all the things in front of them and behind them, in the heaven and the earth? If we willed, we could have caused the earth to swallow them, or caused masses to fall on them from the sky. This should be a sufficient proof for every obedient servant.
1054 | [34:11] Line:3617 |

[YA]: (Commanding), "Make thou coast of mail, balancing well the rings of chain armour, and work ye righteousness; for be sure I see (clearly) all that ye do." [RK]:"You may make shields that fit perfectly, and work righteousness. Whatever you do, I am Seer thereof."
1055 | [34:14] Line:3620 |

[YA]: Then, when We decreed (Solomon's) death, nothing showed them his death except a little worm of the earth, which kept (slowly) gnawing away at his staff: so when he fell down, the Jinns saw plainly that if they had known the unseen, they would not have tarried in the humiliating Penalty (of their Task). [RK]:When the appointed time for his death came, they had no clue that he had died. Not until one of the animals tried to eat his staff, and he fell down, did the jinns realized that he was dead. They thus realized that if they really knew the unseen, they would have stopped working so hard as soon as he died.
1056 | [34:15] Line:3621 |

[YA]: There was, for Saba, aforetime, a Sign in their home-land - two Gardens to the right and to the left. "Eat of the Sustenance (provided) by your Lord, and be grateful to Him: a territory fair and happy, and a Lord Oft-Forgiving! [RK]:Sheba's homeland used to be a marvel, with two gardens on the right and the left. Eat from your Lord's provisions, and be appreciative of Him - good land, and a forgiving Lord.
1057 | [34:18] Line:3624 |

[YA]: Between them and the Cities on which We had poured our blessings, We had placed Cities in prominent positions, and between them We had appointed stages of journey in due proportion: "Travel therein, secure, by night and by day." [RK]:We placed between them and the communities that we blessed other oases, and we secured the journey between them: "Travel therein days and nights in complete security."

[YA]: But they said: "Our Lord! Place longer distances between our journey-stages": but they wronged themselves (therein). At length We made them as a tale (that is told), and We dispersed them all in scattered fragments. Verily in this are Signs for every (soul that is) patiently constant and grateful. [RK]:But they (turned unappreciative and) challenged: "Our Lord, we do not care if You increase the distance of our journeys (without any stations)." They thus wronged their own souls. Consequently, we made them history, and scattered them into small communities throughout the land. This should provide lessons for those who are steadfast, appreciative.
1061 | [34:21] Line:3627 |
| ||
[YA]: But he had no authority over them,- except that We might test the man who believes in the Hereafter from him who is in doubt concerning it: and thy Lord doth watch over all things. [RK]:He never had any power over them. But we thus distinguish those who believe in the Hereafter from those who are doubtful about it. Your Lord is in full control of all things.
1062 | [34:22] Line:3628 |
| ||
[YA]: Say: "Call upon other (gods) whom ye fancy, besides Allah: They have no power,- not the weight of an atom,- in the heavens or on earth: No (sort of) share have they therein, nor is any of them a helper to Allah. [RK]:Say, "Implore the idols you have set up beside GOD. They do not possess as much as a single atom in the heavens, or the earth. They possess no partnership therein, nor does He permit them to be His assistants."
1063 | [34:33] Line:3639 |
| ||
[YA]: Those who had been despised will say to the arrogant ones: "Nay! it was a plot (of yours) by day and by night: Behold! Ye (constantly) ordered us to be ungrateful to Allah and to attribute equals to Him!" They will declare (their) repentance when they see the Penalty: We shall put yokes on the necks of the Unbelievers: It would only be a requital for their (ill) Deeds. [RK]:The followers will say to their leaders, "It was you who schemed night and day, then commanded us to be unappreciative of GOD, and to set up idols to rank with Him." They will be ridden with remorse, when they see the retribution, for we will place shackles around the necks of those who disbelieved. Are they not justly requited for what they did?
1064 | [34:34] Line:3640 |
| ||
[YA]: Never did We send a warner to a population, but the wealthy ones among them said: "We believe not in the (Message) with which ye have been sent." [RK]:Every time we sent a warner to a community, the leaders of that community said, "We reject the message you are sent with."
1065 | [34:37] Line:3643 |
| ||
[YA]: It is not your wealth nor your sons, that will bring you nearer to Us in degree: but only those who believe and work righteousness - these are the ones for whom there is a multiplied Reward for their deeds, while secure they (reside) in the dwellings on high! [RK]:It is not your money or your children that bring you closer to us. Only those who believe and lead a righteous life will receive the reward for their works, multiplied manifold. In the abode of Paradise they will live in perfect peace.
1066 | [34:38] Line:3644 |
| ||
[YA]: Those who strive against Our Signs, to frustrate them, will be given over into Punishment. [RK]:As for those who consistently challenge our revelations, they will abide in retribution.

1068 | [34:54] Line:3660 |
| ||
[YA]: And between them and their desires, is placed a barrier, as was done in the past with their partisans: for they were indeed in suspicious (disquieting) doubt. [RK]:Consequently, they were deprived of everything they longed for. This is the same fate as their counterparts in the previous generations. They harbored too many doubts.
1069 | [35:1] Line:3661 |
| ||
[YA]: Praise be to Allah, Who created (out of nothing) the heavens and the earth, Who made the angels, messengers with wings,- two, or three, or four (pairs): He adds to Creation as He pleases: for Allah has power over all things. [RK]:Praise be to GOD, Initiator of the heavens and the earth, and appointer of the angels to be messengers with wings - two, three, and four (wings). He increases the creation as He wills. GOD is Omnipotent.
1070 | [35:11] Line:3671 |
| ||
[YA]: And Allah did create you from dust; then from a sperm-drop; then He made you in pairs. And no female conceives, or lays down (her load), but with His knowledge. Nor is a man long-lived granted length of days, nor is a part cut off from his life, but is in a Decree (ordained). All this is easy to Allah. [RK]:GOD created you from dust, then from a tiny drop, then He causes you to reproduce through your spouses. No female becomes pregnant, nor gives birth, without His knowledge. No one survives for a long life, and no one's life is snapped short, except in accordance with a pre-existing record. This is easy for GOD.
1071 | [35:12] Line:3672 |
| ||
[YA]: Nor are the two bodies of flowing water alike,- the one palatable, sweet, and pleasant to drink, and the other, salt and bitter. Yet from each (kind of water) do ye eat flesh fresh and tender, and ye extract ornaments to wear; and thou seest the ships therein that plough the waves, that ye may seek (thus) of the Bounty of Allah that ye may be grateful. [RK]:The two seas are not the same; one is fresh and delicious, while the other is salty and undrinkable. From each of them you eat tender meat, and extract jewelry to wear. And you see the ships sailing through them, seeking His provisions, that you may be appreciative.
1072 | [35:13] Line:3673 |
| ||
[YA]: He merges Night into Day, and he merges Day into Night, and he has subjected the sun and the moon (to his Law): each one runs its course for a term appointed. Such is Allah your Lord: to Him belongs all Dominion. And those whom ye invoke besides Him have not the least power. [RK]:He merges the night into the day, and merges the day into the night. He has committed the sun and the moon to run for a predetermined period of time. Such is GOD your Lord; to Him belongs all kingship. Any idols you set up beside Him do not possess as much as a seed's shell.

1074 | [35:22] Line:3682 |
| ||
[YA]: Nor are alike those that are living and those that are dead. Allah can make any that He wills to hear; but thou canst not make those to hear who are (buried) in graves. [RK]:Nor are the living and the dead; GOD causes whomever He wills to hear. You cannot make hearers out of those in the graves.
1075 | [35:24] Line:3684 |
| ||
[YA]: Verily We have sent thee in truth, as a bearer of glad tidings, and as a warner: and there never was a people, without a warner having lived among them (in the past). [RK]:We have sent you with the truth, a bearer of good news, as well as a warner. Every community must receive a warner.
1076 | [35:33] Line:3693 |
| ||
[YA]: Gardens of Eternity will they enter: therein will they be adorned with bracelets of gold and pearls; and their garments there will be of silk. [RK]:They will enter the gardens of Eden, where they will be adorned with bracelets of gold and pearls, and their garments in it will be made of silk.

1078 | [35:35] Line:3695 |

[YA]: "Who has, out of His Bounty, settled us in a Home that will last: no toil nor sense of weariness shall touch us therein." [RK]:"He has admitted us into the abode of eternal bliss, out of His grace. Never do we get bored herein, never do we get tired."

1080 | [35:37] Line:3697 |

[YA]: Therein will they cry aloud (for assistance): "Our Lord! Bring us out: we shall work righteousness, not the (deeds) we used to do!" - "Did We not give you long enough life so that he that would should receive admonition? and (moreover) the warner came to you. So taste ye (the fruits of your deeds): for the wrong-doers there is no helper." [RK]:They will scream therein, "Our Lord, if you get us out of here, we will work righteousness, instead of the works we used to do." Did we not give you a life-long chance, with continuous reminders for those who would take heed? Did you not receive the warner? Therefore, taste (the consequences). The transgressors will have no one to help them.

1082 | [35:39] Line:3699 |

[YA]: He it is That has made you inheritors in the earth: if, then, any do reject (Allah), their rejection (works) against themselves: their rejection but adds to the odium for the Unbelievers in the sight of their Lord: their rejection but adds to (their own) undoing. [RK]:He is the One who made you inheritors of the earth. Subsequently, whoever chooses to disbelieve does so to his own detriment. The disbelief of the disbelievers only augments their Lord's abhorrence towards them. The disbelief of the disbelievers plunges them deeper into loss.
1083 | [35:40] Line:3700 |
| ||
[YA]: Say: "Have ye seen (these) 'Partners' of yours whom ye call upon besides Allah? Show Me what it is they have created in the (wide) earth. Or have they a share in the heavens? Or have We given them a Book from which they (can derive) clear (evidence)?- Nay, the wrong-doers promise each other nothing but delusions. [RK]:Say, "Consider the idols you have set up beside GOD; show me what on earth have they created." Do they own any partnership in the heavens? Have we given them a book wherein there is no doubt? Indeed, what the transgressors promise one another is no more than an illusion.
1084 | [35:43] Line:3703 |
| ||
[YA]: On account of their arrogance in the land and their plotting of Evil, but the plotting of Evil will hem in only the authors thereof. Now are they but looking for the way the ancients were dealt with? But no change wilt thou find in Allah's way (of dealing): no turning off wilt thou find in Allah's way (of dealing). [RK]:They resorted to arrogance on earth, and evil scheming, and the evil schemes only backfire on those who scheme them. Should they then expect anything but the fate of those who did the same things in the past? You will find that GOD's system is never changeable; you will find that GOD's system is immutable.
1085 | [35:44] Line:3704 |
| ||
[YA]: Do they not travel through the earth, and see what was the End of those before them,- though they were superior to them in strength? Nor is Allah to be frustrated by anything whatever in the heavens or on earth: for He is All-Knowing. All-Powerful. [RK]:Have they not roamed the earth and noted the consequences for those who preceded them? They were even stronger than they. Nothing can be hidden from GOD in the heavens, nor on earth. He is Omniscient, Omnipotent.

1088 | [36:8] Line:3713 |
| ||
[YA]: We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up (and they cannot see). [RK]:For we place around their necks shackles, up to their chins. Consequently, they become locked in their disbelief.
1089 | [36:12] Line:3717 |
| ||
[YA]: Verily We shall give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before and that which they leave behind, and of all things have We taken account in a clear Book (of evidence). [RK]:We will certainly revive the dead, and we have recorded everything they have done in this life, as well as the consequences that continue after their death. Everything we have counted in a profound record.
1090 | [36:24] Line:3729 |
| ||
[YA]: "I would indeed, if I were to do so, be in manifest Error. [RK]:"In that case, I would be totally astray.
1091 | [36:34] Line:3739 |

1093 | [36:40] Line:3745 |
| ||
[YA]: It is not permitted to the Sun to catch up the Moon, nor can the Night outstrip the Day: Each (just) swims along in (its own) orbit (according to Law). [RK]:The sun is never to catch up with the moon - the night and the day never deviate - each of them is floating in its own orbit.
1094 | [36:41] Line:3746 |
| ||
[YA]: And a Sign for them is that We bore their race (through the Flood) in the loaded Ark; [RK]:Another sign for them is that we carried their ancestors on the loaded ark.
1095 | [36:47] Line:3752 |
| ||
[YA]: And when they are told, "Spend ye of (the bounties) with which Allah has provided you," the Unbelievers say to those who believe: "Shall we then feed those whom, if Allah had so willed, He would have fed, (Himself)?- Ye are in nothing but manifest error." [RK]:When they are told, "Give from GOD's provisions to you," those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Why should we give to those whom GOD could feed, if He so willed? You are really far astray."
1096 | [36:51] Line:3756 |
| ||
[YA]: The trumpet shall be sounded, when behold! from the sepulchres (men) will rush forth to their Lord! [RK]:The horn will be blown, whereupon they will rise from the grave and go to their Lord.
1097 | [36:55] Line:3760 |
| ||
[YA]: Verily the Companions of the Garden shall that Day have joy in all that they do; [RK]:The dwellers of Paradise will be, on that day, happily busy.
1098 | [36:56] Line:3761 |
| ||
[YA]: They and their associates will be in groves of (cool) shade, reclining on Thrones (of dignity); [RK]:They abide with their spouses in beautiful shade, enjoying comfortable furnishings.
1099 | [36:57] Line:3762 |
| ||
[YA]: (Every) fruit (enjoyment) will be there for them; they shall have whatever they call for; [RK]:They will have fruits therein; they will have anything they wish.
1100 | [36:68] Line:3773 |
| ||
[YA]: If We grant long life to any, We cause him to be reversed in nature: Will they not then understand? [RK]:Whomever we permit to live for a long time, we revert him to weakness. Do they not understand?
